Winners Annouced for Top Hydration Station & Cheering Zones!
Congratulations to the winners of the ING Georgia Marathon Neighborhood Challenge and Hydration Station Challenge, as judged by online vote of the race participants and input from the Pace Team Leaders. Scroll down to see the many great organizations who cheered and supported the race participants at the 2009 Cheering Zones and Hydration Stations.

Neighborhood Challenge Cheering Zones - the winning organizations receive award grants for neighborhood fitness initiatives:
1st Place - Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association - planned use is a community garden
2nd Place - Candler Park Neighborhood Organization - planned use is a fitness walking trail in Candler Park
3rd Place - Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association - planned use is playground and sports activities in Woodruff Park
